Answer:
Cancellations must be done by phone or email at least 48 hours prior to the tour. You will receive a reply once your trip has been cancelled. If a tour departs within 48 hours of when the booking is made – tours are not able to be refunded or rescheduled due to being inside the cancellation window.
Trips that are canceled by Must See Florida Paddle due to inclement weather will not be charged; if your card has been charged prior to the trip, all funds will be refunded. Reservations that are cancelled 48 hours or more before a scheduled trip will not be charged. Those that are cancelled or in need of rescheduling within the 48-hour window of departure will not be offered a refund nor rescheduling.
No-show participants will be charged full price unless cancelled outside of 48 hours. This includes showing up with fewer paddlers than the original amount booked for.
**Must See Florida Paddle will not launch in unsafe weather conditions. Because of this, trips may need to be cancelled or rescheduled due to safety issues. If this is the case, your reservation will be refunded in full (if it has already been paid). We will not be held responsible for any reservation that you fail to keep due to any unforeseen circumstances. We also reserve the right to change or cancel any tours due to circumstances beyond our control. In this instance, Must See Florida Paddle can refund the tour price, but not any other expenses that may have been incurred.** Question: IS THERE A WEIGHT CAPACITY FOR KAYAKS AND PADDLE BOARDS? Answer: The load capacity for our paddle boards is 450lbs MAX (204kg). The load capacity for our clear kayaks is 425lbs MAX (192kg). Our clear kayaks and paddle boards are intended to seat 2 guests, which means the combined weight may not exceed 425lbs weight limit. 225lbs per seat for single-riders in kayaks. Question: WHAT HAPPENS WHEN IT RAINS? Answer: As long as it is still safe to paddle and there is no lighting will we continue with the tour. We will only cancel a tour if it is unsafe to paddle, which we will issue a full-refund or rebook you for another date. Question: CAN YOU GET OUT AND SWIM? Answer: This may depend on which tour location you choose. Ask your tour guide, if there is a spot to pull off for a swim. However our paddle boards and clear kayaks offer scenic views of the environment, wildlife, and underwater surroundings. Question: CAN I BRING MY DOG? Answer: Yes, we do allow well-behaved dogs with us on some of our tours. For safety concerns and according to park policies, all pets must be confined, leashed, or otherwise under physical control of a person at all times. Leashes may not exceed 6ft in length. You know your furry friend better than anyone, so please understand the risks and if you are comforable with bringing your dog with you on our tour, we can't wait to them! A well-behaved and tempered pet can also make the overall tour experience better or worse. Refer to our website to choose a dog-friendly location or send us a message for questions and concerns. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
